The Council of Europe - COE, wants to modernize its production processes and publication of documents by automating them. The project aims to provide a new interface that allows users to monitor the production of publications of the WCC in order to have constant visibility on applications of current publications, publications being produced, committed budgets and planning stakeholders.
The production process can be decomposed into 5 sub-processes: application, pre-production, production, printing and payment. Only the first process on the application of new publications is described in this document. |
General Council of Loire-Atlantique

One of the priority projects of the General Council of Loire Atlantique (CG44), is Office files paperless management. The case agent is composed of payroll records and acts under the control of HR law. These papers are documents relating to the work of an agent in various areas (recruitment, career development, training, health, discipline ...).
The developed software allows remote access to both managers and staff away from headquarters. At the same time it is anticipated that this tool will become central in the 5 to 10 years given the facilities it provides in storing various administrative documents relating to the agent the opprotunity to exchange information beetween all the actors. |
